What's in JCV's future?
~ Currently for events clients are able to additionally rent an immaculate 4 stall toilet-trailer. However, as of Summer 2025, JCV's management are in the process of adding permanent toilet facilities. The expected completion of this project is of 2025.
~ Also on the horizon is construction of a lovely deck with gazebo. This is to be attached to the venue itself and overlook beautiful Sydney lake!
~ We are also planning on constructing a beautiful service island/bar.
~ A walking trail circumnavigating the property including stop-offs for unique photo opportunities.
~ Currently the Venue, amphitheater, and groom's cabin all have permanent electricity available. However the bride's cabin is electrified only on event days via a generator. As part of the bathrooms project mentioned earlier, permanent electrification of the bride's cabin is to be completed as well!
~ A playground where children of prospective clients can enjoy themselves while their parents tour our facilities.
