Amenities and Rates

JCV is situated on 12.5 acres of land off of Pixley Knob Road (Entrance).

Amenities:

  • 2500 Square Foot enclosed Venue building with screened windows and entrances

  • 4-tiered amphitheater with Chuppah (hoopa) structure for aesthetics

  • 250 white folding chairs

  • 20 six-foot round tables

  • 16 six-foot rectangular tables

  • Large, graveled parking lot accommodating approximately 100 vehicles, with overflow parking on pastureland

  • Management-operated vehicles for transporting wedding party and guests to venue from parking lot and back again

  • Bridal cabin overseeing amphitheater

  • Groomsmen cabin next to Venue

  • Large open area for yard games

  • Small lectern

  • Some electronic equipment (Casio keyboard, Peevey amplifier, mic and mic-stand, pair of Bluetooth speakers)

  • Guest wi-fi service.

The rental rate for the above-listed items is $3,000.00 per single day events. Clients are also responsible to pay for a single-day insurance policy covering their scheduled event. This is typically around $200. Additional items desired by clients are to be arranged and paid for themselves.

NOTE: As of Winter 2026, JCV does not have public restroom facilities, however water and electrical hookups are provided for any client-desired multi-stalled toilet trailers.

Non-Provided Amenities:

  • Kitchen (catering vendors are to provide)

  • Decorations (venue and amphitheater)

  • Benches or chairs for the amphitheater (although, if client desires, the 250 folding chairs JCV owns could be set up there)

  • Any non-listed items desired by client must be okayed by JCV management no less than one month prior to scheduled event date.
